• Network Connection- Test the app across different connection types, speeds and strengths. Ensure acceptable response times from the app.
• Usability Testing – This is critical in mobile apps. Is the app intuitive, easy to use and engaging.
• Offline Testing – If the app has offline capabilities, ensure that it performs as it’s intended to without any connection
• Interruption Testing – Does the app handle interruptions such as incoming phone call, messages and other third party notifications in manner that’s consistent with standard or expected behavior.
• Security Testing – Ensure that the app uses the appropriate security protocols to secure the data at rest and in transit. We also ensure compliance with OWASP top 10 .
